Two days. From auction mechanics to live-launched campaign.

  1. Day 1 · Morning

    Foundation

    Auction mechanics, Quality Score, match types, account structure principles. No slides — we work on your real account and discover the levers live. Q&A built in throughout.

  2. Day 1 · Afternoon

    Tracking & bidding

    Demystifying conversion tracking, understanding Smart Bidding strategies, audience logic, negative-list hygiene. Practical exercise: each participant optimises one area of the account and presents.

  3. Day 2

    Setup + launch

    Together we build a new campaign from scratch — keyword research, ad copy, bid setup, geo-targeting. End: campaign live, your team has done the whole process themselves.

How we coach

Three principles, no standard curriculum.

On your account, not examples

We don't use demo accounts or slide cases. Your real account is the workshop. What we discover, we also optimise — by the end, not only the knowledge but also the account is better.

Hands-on instead of theory dumping

Max 30% theory delivery, 70% working together. Participants come with questions from their day-to-day — we solve them live. Recording shared for review.

Clear learning goals per day

Before the workshop we define 3-5 concrete learning goals ("team can write RSAs independently", "team understands PMax strategy"). At the end we check against the goals — no vague "that was interesting" workshops.

What others sell as "training" — and we don't:

No 80-slide curriculum

Whoever needs 80 slides has no substance to deliver. We do max 30% theory, rest hands-on. Slides as a collection are available afterwards, but not the main delivery format live.

No pre-baked demo accounts

Demo accounts distort reality. We work on your real account — what we optimise stays optimised after the workshop. No "OK, now you in the live account, good luck".

No 30-person webinars

With more than 6 participants it becomes a lecture. We deliberately limit — everyone gets a word, everyone gets answers to their specific questions.

No certificate theatre

We don't issue fancy printed certificates. What matters: your team can optimise themselves afterwards. We check that against the defined learning goals at the end of Day 2.

FAQ

Common workshop questions.

Whoever will work on the account or make decisions about it. Concretely: marketing managers, PPC specialists (incl. junior), in-house performance teams, agency junior teams who want to level up. Solo founders welcome too.
For 1-day: basic understanding of what Google Ads is. For 2-day: ideally has touched a campaign before (launched yourself or watched). Pre-workshop questionnaire clarifies before booking — we adjust the focus.
1-day workshop we can run on a fresh test account that we set up with you — equivalent to 70% of a setup service. For 2-day workshop, ideally a running account with real data.
Recording only happens with explicit consent of all participants. If someone doesn't want it, we turn it off. Recording is shared only with participants, not publicly.
Not by default. Online is more efficient (no travel cost, easier to pause for spontaneous research, recording possible). For very large mandates (15+ participants) we can do on-site — separate offer.
Then book consulting hours rather than a workshop — 2h hour-booking for 2 topics is cheaper than a half-day workshop. Workshop is worthwhile for 3+ topics to convey or 3+ participants.
