Landing Page Experience
Landing Page Experience evaluates how relevant and useful your destination page is for users who click your ad. It's a component of Quality Score.
What is Landing Page Experience?
Landing Page Experience is one of three components of the Google Ads Quality Score. Google rates it as "Below Average," "Average," or "Above Average." It measures whether the page delivers what the ad promises.
What Google Evaluates
- Relevance: Does the page content match the keyword and ad?
- Usefulness: Can the user find the sought information quickly?
- Load speed: Does the page load in under 3 seconds?
- Mobile optimization: Is the page usable on smartphones?
- Transparency: Is it clear who's behind the page and what's offered?
How to Improve
Create dedicated landing pages for each ad group rather than sending everyone to the homepage.
Pro Tip: "Dentist Munich implants" → page about implants, not the practice homepage.
