MJ Marketing
Google Ads Whitelabel · For Agencies & Consultants

Senior-level Google Ads execution — under your brand, with your reporting, no junior switch with the client.

You're a web agency, SEO agency, consultant or in-house team and you need Google Ads as a service — but don't want to hire your own specialist. We deliver audit, setup, management or tracking under your brand. Your client notices nothing. Your margin stays with you.

NDA by default · no direct communication with your client · fixed prices per service.

Three whitelabel formats

Depending on how deep we go in.

  1. Format 1

    Whitelabel audit (one-off)

You sell audits to your clients. We deliver the audit report under your brand — your logo, your wording standards, your Slack/email channel. 5 working days delivery. No contact with your client needed.

  2. Format 2

    Whitelabel setup (project)

You win a client with Google Ads as part of your deal. We set up the account, tracking, campaign structure — you handle briefing and handover. Fixed price by complexity. You mark up freely.

  3. Format 3

    Whitelabel management (retainer)

You sell monthly Google Ads management. We do the execution — you do the account management. Monthly report under your brand. Slack channel with you, not with your client. Reserved slots per quarter.

How whitelabel runs

Four principles — otherwise it doesn't work.

01

Strict no-contact

We never speak directly with your client. You brief us, we deliver to you, you pass on. NDA by default. If your client asks "who actually does this", the answer is "my team".

02

Branding 100% yours

Reports, audit PDFs, email templates: all carry your logo, your wording, your colours. We deliver white-format templates you adopt as final. Templates adjusted during onboarding to your brand guidelines.

03

Clear pricing logic

You know our fixed prices upfront — mark up freely. We never communicate prices directly to your client. If you charge €X and we cost €Y, then (X-Y) is your margin and that's fine with us.

04

Slack/Notion workflow

We work on your Slack or Notion (or ours, if you prefer). No email back-and-forth, no PDF reports via drag&drop. Real-time updates, documented, findable.

Whitelabel pricing

Fixed prices — you mark up freely.

Three formats. For management retainer we reserve capacity per quarter — limited slots. Other formats bookable ad-hoc.

Whitelabel audit
€700
One-off, 5 working days delivery
  • 8-area audit under your brand
  • Whitelabel PDF (your logo)
  • 30-min walkthrough for you
  • Brief to your client as a template
Whitelabel setup
from €1,500
Project, 2-3 weeks delivery
  • Account setup + tracking + campaigns
  • Handover docs to you
  • Slack onboarding with your team
  • Setup price by complexity
Whitelabel management
€1,000 /mo
Per client, 3 mo minimum
  • Ongoing execution under your brand
  • Monthly whitelabel report
  • Slack channel with you only
  • Reserved slot capacity

Onboarding for new partners

On onboarding: 1 strategy call (90 min) for your service definition, brand-guidelines handover, pricing negotiation per format. One-time onboarding fee €500 (credited against the first shared mandate).

NDA

By default, bilateral.

Mgmt slots

Limited capacity per quarter.

Partner fit

We take max. 8-10 active whitelabel partners.

What you don't get

Anti-bullshit guarantee.

What many whitelabel providers do differently — and we explicitly don't:

No client poaching

We never contact your client directly. Not even "for verification". Not even "after contract end". The NDA forbids it anyway — and it's simply not our business model.

No brand mixing

Reports show your logo, not ours. Email footers have your address, not ours. If you want, you can mention us as "implementation partner" — but default is 100% white.

No hidden price discrimination

You pay the same fixed prices our direct clients would pay — no artificial "whitelabel surcharges". Your margin comes from your sales understanding, not from our price structures.

No "we deliver everything"

We take max. 8-10 active whitelabel partners. If your pipeline grows too fast, we communicate that early — and work on capacity planning with you rather than lose quality.

FAQ

Common whitelabel partner questions.

20-min call: you describe your business model, I explain how our whitelabel formats work. Honest assessment whether it fits. If yes: NDA send + onboarding date. If no: I tell you that too.
We don't pick up the phone and don't answer email. If your client googles us and sees our company — we do direct-client business too, no secret. But: whitelabel relationship is never confirmed or denied. NDA clause.
For audits/setups: no, we deliver finished. For management retainer: you need someone who can brief cleanly (campaign goals, audience, seasonality). We're execution, not account strategy for your client.
Pre-contract discovery we can join (anonymous, as "tech partner"). If you lose the pitch, no fee. If you win, it runs as a whitelabel mandate. Optional — many partners pitch solo and commission us only after contract.
Audits/setups: unlimited, depending on our capacity. Management retainer: typically 3-6 per partner at once — for more we talk about sub-specialist sourcing or limit growth.
No geographic exclusivity (we work with multiple agencies in DACH in parallel). But: no direct competitor mandates — if you're a tech agency in Berlin, we don't take another tech agency in Berlin as a whitelabel partner.

Whitelabel first call

20 min — we check the fit.

You describe agency model, client base, planned service expansion. I honestly say whether whitelabel partnership makes sense or you need someone else (or your own hire).
