“… our company increased the ROI of our Google Ads by an impressive 300% thanks to Mijo's optimization suggestions. Particularly valuable was his analysis, which revealed that 40% of our budget was simply wasted …”
AI automation instead of copy-and-paste: recurring workflows, cleanly automated.
I build automations for the tasks that run the same way over and over in marketing and sales: capturing enquiries, pulling reports together, preparing replies, documenting handovers. For freelancers, small businesses and agencies. Decisions stay with people, and I don't promise a specific time saving, because it depends on your workflows.

First we clarify whether automation is worth it for your workflow.

Who does it
Mijo Jurisic, Google Ads consultant, founder of MJ Marketing.
Working in Google Ads since 2021: self-taught on own online projects, deep dive into auction mechanics, conversion tracking and search-engine logic. 2023-24 as a Google Ads consultant on behalf of Google, responsible for direct Google Ads customers and top agencies in the DACH region. Across my career, 500+ Google Ads accounts and €22M in media budget under direct responsibility.
Google Ads remains my core expertise. Alongside that I build AI workflows for tasks I keep seeing in marketing and sales. I work directly with you, with no junior handover and no lock-in.

Use cases
Four areas where automation typically makes sense.
- Leads
Lead handling: capture enquiries, pre-qualify, route
An enquiry arrives via form, email or ad lead. The workflow captures it in one place, pre-sorts it against your criteria and files it in your CRM or inbox with a short summary for you. Whether and how to reply is your call.
- Reporting
Reporting: pull recurring reports together
Instead of copying figures together from several sources by hand every month, the workflow collects the data and prepares it in the format you already use. AI helps with the commentary on the numbers. You check that the statements are right before anything is sent.
- Communication
Customer communication: draft replies, reminders, follow-ups
The workflow prepares drafts, for example a reply to a typical question, a reminder before an appointment or a follow-up after a call. Nothing goes out without human approval: you see every draft and either approve or edit it.
- Internal
Internal workflows: handovers, checklists, documentation
When a job moves from sales to delivery, the right checklist starts, the information sits in one place and call notes end up as documentation where your team can find them. Less gets lost in handovers, even when several people are involved.
Process
From the first call to handover.
Getting to know each other and scope
We go through the workflow that costs you the most time and nerves: who does what, where the data lives, which tools you already use. I tell you honestly whether it suits automation. As a starting point I recommend the AI audit.
Prototype with real examples
I build a first version for exactly one workflow and test it with real examples from your business. You see what it does and what it doesn't, and we decide where a person approves.
Setup and handover
The workflow runs in your own accounts, not mine. You get a handover doc and a walkthrough for the people who work with it every day.
Optional: ongoing support
Tools and models change. If you like, you can have your workflows reviewed and adjusted regularly, for example through the Monthly Advisor. Everyone else gets in touch when something comes up.
Pricing
Start with the AI audit.
The same three formats as AI consulting apply: fixed-price audit, flat-fee sprint or a monthly advisor. I recommend starting with the audit, because that is where it becomes clear which workflows are worth it at all. The first call is always free.
- Workflow check across marketing and sales
- Prioritisation of automation candidates
- Build-vs-buy recommendation
- 30-min walkthrough
- 4× 90-min working sessions
- Workflow setup + configuration
- Handover doc for your team
- 30-day Slack support afterwards
- Strategy call, usually monthly
- Slack support for tool questions
- Vendor reviews + recommendations
- EU AI Act updates
What's not included
Tool licences and vendor usage costs (for example for Make or AI models) are not in the price. You pay the vendors directly, and I help with selection and setup. Software development beyond the sprint scope is a separate web-dev mandate.

Limits
What automation can't do and what I don't promise.
Upfront and honest, so you know what you're getting into:
How much an automation delivers depends on your workflows, your data and how it is used day to day. I tell you beforehand what I realistically expect, and I don't guarantee a number.
Where text goes to customers or decisions are made, a person stays in the loop. AI drafts can contain mistakes and are checked before they are sent.
As soon as personal data runs through a workflow, you need a sound basis, such as data processing agreements with the vendors, data minimisation and clear access rights. I build with data minimisation in mind and discuss this with you. It does not replace legal advice, and I don't certify that a setup is legally compliant.
Workflows run in your accounts and are documented. I classify use cases against the EU AI Act in general terms, which is not legal advice. For questions with legal weight, bring in a lawyer.
