What's not included

Tool licences (OpenAI API, Claude API, Midjourney etc.) are not in the price — you pay vendors directly. We help with selection + setup. Custom software development beyond sprint scope is a separate web-dev mandate.

What's currently standard in the AI consulting market — and we explicitly don't:

No "AI replaces your team" hype

AI makes teams more efficient, not redundant. Anyone selling you "AI transformation" that saves 30% headcount either lied or has unrealistic assumptions. We talk about concrete workflows, not headcount reduction.

No ChatGPT-wrapper premium

Some agencies sell €10k solutions that at their core are a ChatGPT API call. We honestly say when custom code pays off and when €20/mo SaaS suffices.

No vendor-commission bias

We get no commissions from OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, or other AI vendors. Recommendations are independent — you pay us for advice, not affiliate links.

No 6-month strategy decks

Strategy is 5 bullet points + decisions. Whoever needs 6 months for AI strategy without concrete delivery is selling theatre. Audit is 5 days, implementation 4 weeks.

No, not a certified AI researcher. But: I've been using AI actively since 2022 — from the GPT-3 API through the first Midjourney releases to today's multi-model practice (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Qwen, Kimi, Nemotron, plus pre-release testing for Horizon/Sonoma). Coding agents: Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Kilo, Roo. Performance-marketing AI since 2021 (Smart Bidding, Performance Max are AI systems). For SME marketing use cases, that's more than enough vs. a research PhD.
Default stack: ChatGPT and Claude for general tasks, Nano Banana and ChatGPT Image for visuals, ElevenLabs and Qwen for voice, Kling and Seedance for videos, n8n / Make / Zapier for workflow automation, custom agents for more complex jobs. Recommendations per use case, not per favourite vendor.

Indirectly yes. Directly: Smart Bidding + Performance Max are themselves AI systems — they need clean data (see Website Tracking service). Indirectly: AI helps with creative generation (images, headlines), audience modelling, A/B test hypotheses. That's exactly the performance-marketing AI part of our mandate.
