Are ad groups single-themed or catch-all containers? Brand vs. non-brand separated? RSAs with 3-5 headlines or single-headline stand-ins? We check the skeleton, not just the content.

Are conversion actions cleanly defined? Counted twice? Is the consent architecture sound? Smart Bidding only works with clean data — otherwise everything else is imprecise.

Search terms & negatives

How many % of clicks go to irrelevant queries? Are negative lists maintained or empty? Usually the biggest lever block in audit findings.
