Recovery process

Three phases. From read-only access to clarified account.

  1. Day 1-2

    Diagnosis

Read-only access to account + email exchanges with Google. We analyse: what exactly was suspended (account / campaign / ad)? When did it start? Which policy areas are cited? Output: diagnostic memo with root cause + plan.

  2. Day 3-7

    Appeal & cleanup

Appeal submission to Google with precise reasoning (not just "please unsuspend"). Parallel: cleaning up problematic assets (if policy violation is real), landing-page adjustments, compliance documentation.

  3. Day 8-10

    Follow-up + handover

Follow-up communication with Google until clarification. Handover doc: what was root cause, what was changed, what needs watching in future. If appeal rejected: escalation path or Plan B (new account setup) discussed.

How we analyse

Three diagnostic areas.

01

Policy forensics

Which exact policy clause was cited? Which ads/landing pages were affected? What does the Google email exchange say — directly or between the lines? Often the real problem isn't what Google explicitly says.

02

Account hygiene

What was changed in the last 30-90 days that triggered this? New ad copy? Domain change? Sudden volume doubling (can trigger spam filters)? We correlate timeline with account events.

03

Appeal strategy

Appeals aren't "please unsuspend me". They are precise arguments with reference to concrete policy sections + evidence that problematic areas were either cleaned up or misunderstood. Format is learned — we know it.

Honesty note

We can't guarantee recovery. What we do guarantee: precise root-cause diagnosis, professionally sound appeal submission, and honest assessment at the discovery call whether recovery is realistic or Plan B (new account setup) is the pragmatic path. For non-recoverable accounts we talk about that early.

Payment

In full before project start.

Delivery time

3-10 days by tier.

What you don't get

Anti-bullshit guarantee.

What's standard in the recovery market — and we explicitly don't do:

No "guaranteed recovery" promises

Whoever guarantees 100% recovery is lying or only charges if it works (and capitalises on the desperate). We say upfront at the discovery call whether it's realistic — and we charge even if Plan B is the answer.

No "blame Google" strategy

Some recovery providers blame Google for every case. In truth 70% of suspensions trace back to real policy violations — even if unintentional. We name that honestly and work on the root cause.

No spam appeals

Some "recovery agencies" submit 10 appeals in parallel and hope one gets through. Google sees this and penalises. We submit one clean, precise appeal — not 10 random ones.

No mafia pricing

Crisis moments are desperate — some providers charge €5,000-€10,000 for standard suspensions. With us: fixed prices clearly documented, no surprises at the end.

FAQ

Common crisis-client questions.

Discovery call within 24-48h, then we start within 1-2 working days on diagnosis. For acute suspensions (live ads stopped) we communicate priority — sometimes we can start same-day if deposit is wired quickly.
In most cases reinstatement succeeds; otherwise I recommend a clean Plan-B rebuild. For clear first-strike suspensions (no policy repeat-offender) the chances are higher. For repeated violations / restricted industries (crypto, make-money, some healthcare areas) lower.
We discuss Plan B: usually new account setup with cleaned setup (separate domain, new ads, different structuring). That's not "same account through the back door" but legitimate re-launch after clarifying what was problematic. Plan B is a separate setup mandate.
Happens — Google makes mistakes too, especially on automated reviews. In such cases we argue clearly with reference to policy text + concrete asset examples that are NOT in conflict. Honest appeal typically goes through.
Technically yes, legally/policy-wise risky — Google often links accounts via IP, domain, payment data. We recommend NOT starting a second account during recovery. After clarification it's fine again.
Same fixed price. Previous failed appeals sometimes complicate things because Google detects patterns — we analyse what was submitted before and adapt strategy. For very stuck cases we say so honestly upfront.

Discovery call

30 minutes — we check recovery chance.

You explain what happened + show the Google email exchange. I honestly say whether recovery is realistic (and which tier fits) or whether Plan B (new account setup) is the better path. If recovery is pointless, the honest assessment hopefully still helps.

Fixed price after diagnosis. No success guarantee — honest assessment upfront.
