    Discovery & architecture

    Business-model mapping, target-audience definition, USP clarity, conversion paths. Output: account architecture plan — how many campaigns, which ad groups, which bid strategies.

    Build: tracking + account

    Conversion tracking (GTM + Consent Mode v2), audiences, keyword research, ad copy drafting, asset collection. Account structure built, bid strategies set, everything in paused mode.

    Launch + handover

What's not included

Ongoing optimisation after launch is not part of the fixed price. You take over solo or book management separately. We typically recommend a mini-audit (€500) 4-6 weeks after launch to verify Smart Bidding is learning cleanly.

What others sell as a "setup" — and we explicitly don't:

No default template

We do NOT do "take our standard campaign template and fill in the keywords". Each setup is tailored to your business — otherwise 3 weeks are wasted.

No "Performance Max only" shortcut

PMax alone on a fresh account without data is a bet. We start with Search + audience data collection — PMax comes in when Smart Bidding has enough signal.

No "you have to run €5k/day immediately"

Smart Bidding needs 10-30 conversions to learn, not 1,000 right away. We start conservative — even if it looks slower in month 1.

No "setup + management bundled"

Setup is standalone — you can run the account solo afterwards, hand it to your team, or use another provider. No auto follow-on contract.

Common setup questions.

Audit checks an existing account, setup builds a new one from scratch. If you've never run Google Ads or your old account is fully broken and you want to start fresh — setup. If you have a running account and want to know what's wrong — audit.
Rule of thumb: €1,500/mo minimum for serious lead-gen, €3,000/mo for e-com. Smart Bidding needs ~10 conversions/week to learn — with too little volume the system optimises nothing. With tight budget, rather audit after 3 months of DIY.
Realistically: week 4-8 after launch is "auction learning + Smart Bidding maturity". Before that it fluctuates a lot. After week 8 a stable cost-per-conversion level should settle. We set realistic expectations together at the discovery call.
At least one productive landing page per service/product with a conversion element (form or CTA button). If pages aren't there, we can't finalise the setup — landing pages then become a parallel web-dev project (separate, or booked with us).
Yes. The handover documentation is explicitly designed for that — tag map, account logic, maintenance notes, what shouldn't be touched. Most routine optimisations are doable by someone with 5h/week and an understanding of the docs.
We build in 3 weeks — if during the discovery call we realise your business model isn't clear yet (audiences, USP, conversion logic), we pause with a fair refund minus actual discovery hours spent. Clear terms.
